DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

You can delete your YourMe account, and the data in it, from inside the app — on the web and in the mobile app alike. Here is what that removes and how to do it.

Deleting your account is permanent

Your account and the data in it are removed for good. This cannot be undone — once an account is deleted we cannot bring it back, and signing up again starts from nothing.

What gets deleted

  • Your profile — name, username, email, photo and sign-in credentials.
  • Your Me and everything it was built from, including what you uploaded.
  • Your conversation history and your feed.

Records we are required to keep by law — billing records, for example — are held for as long as the law requires and are no longer used to identify you. The Legal Notice has the details.

How to delete it

  1. Sign in to your YourMe account.
  2. Open your profile and choose Delete Account.
  3. Confirm with your account password, or by signing in again with Google or Apple if that is how you sign in. The deletion runs straight away and signs you out.
