What we collect and why
When you create or update an account, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, username and profile picture, together with the information needed to sign you in. We use these details to provide account access and manage your profile. AI conversations use your microphone and, when enabled, your camera to carry the conversation. We also process your language preferences and session information to operate these features. If you contact us, we use your name, email address and message to respond. Optional analytics help us understand how the service is used and are enabled only after you accept them.
Who it reaches
YourMe uses technical service providers to operate account access, infrastructure and AI conversations. During a conversation, your audio and any enabled video are transmitted to the providers that deliver the AI and video-call features. If you accept optional analytics, Google Analytics receives usage events and technical information about your browser or device, including the app platform and version. How long we keep it
Account information is used to maintain your profile and provide access to YourMe. You can request account deletion using the steps linked below. Certain records, such as billing records where applicable, may need to be retained to meet legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and the reason it is processed. How it is protected
Access to account features requires authentication. The mobile app uses the device's secure storage for sign-in credentials, and camera and microphone access is controlled through your device's permissions. You can review or revoke these permissions in your browser or device settings. Keep your sign-in details private and contact us if you suspect someone else has accessed your account.
Where it is processed
Providing the service involves YourMe and its technical providers. Processing locations depend on the services used, and providers of AI conversations or analytics may process data outside your country, including outside the European Economic Area. Your rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, request a portable copy, restrict processing or object to certain uses. Send requests to privacy@yourme.ai. You can update your profile in the app and withdraw optional analytics consent in Cookie Settings on the website or Privacy Settings in the mobile app. Withdrawal applies to future processing and does not change the lawfulness of processing carried out before it. You may also lodge a complaint with your relevant data protection authority.
Deleting your account

Cookies and analytics
YourMe uses browser or device storage to keep you signed in and remember preferences such as language and privacy choices. Optional Google Analytics helps us understand usage after you accept it.
